Yoga w/Parmatma

Parmatma has been a full-time passionate student of the science and psychology of yoga for over 15 years. Formally trained in Kundalini Yoga with Yogi Bhajan, Ph D and in Hatha Yoga with Baba Hari Dass her quest for a deeper understanding of the layers of being have taken her all over the world. She is an international teacher, leading yoga and wellness retreats around the world and is the former Director of Evolution Yoga in Santa Rosa, CA.

Parmatma is also trained in the meditative healing art of Sat Nam Rasayan and is a Yoga Therapist. Another passion for Parmatma is sound healing using the symphonic gong and has recently been able to play a private concert for Dr Matsuro Emoto. Her gong CD will be released this year. Yoga Nidra is a practice that induces complete physical, emotional and mental relaxation while maintaining consciousness. It produces a relaxation more intense then a good night’s sleep. Yoga Nidra is also known as the doorway to Samadhi or enlightenment. Come see for yourself and feel the difference!

Kundalini Yoga combines the practices of pranayama (breathing exercises), mantra, movement and meditation. It can be very dynamic and deeply meditative. This class is open to all levels of practitioners as it systematically balances the elements and energies in the body, deepens your awareness and can connect you to your highest Self and the flow of the Infinite. We will conclude this class with a healing relaxation to the sounds of the Symphonic Gong. Our pattern seeking minds have no other choice, than to let go and let gong!
