Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga Thursdays 5:00-6:00pm 

Increase your energy and stamina, build strength and flexibility, and improve focus and concentration to assist your labor and delivery. Also become aware of how to practice yoga during this powerful time in your life. No previous experience practicing Yoga is required. Postnatal mothers are also welcome. During pregnancy it’s best to eat a light snack before yoga practice, giving about an hour to digest before class. Wear comfortable clothing that you can stretch in.

Vinyasa Flow

Thursdays 6:05-7:05 pm  

Align with your heart and remove impurities of mind and body and spirit. Through breath and movement we will explore how tuning in and aligning ourselves with our essential nature, we can feel more supported, improve our experience of ourselves and better connect with others. This class is for beginner and intermediate students.
