Elizabeth Wolfe - Nia White Belt Teacher

BIO:  I love music, movement and form. I've been doing Yoga and Pilates for around 13 years and only learned of Nia in 2009 - I fell in love with the movement, my instructor (Laurie Allen), the freedom within the work, the great music and the exceptional 'work out'. The thing I love the most about Nia is the constant reminder for me to be a sensory being, always moving towards pleasure, beauty and all things good!

I've taught Yoga in the past and found that I love the classroom environment. I even had a couple Nia routines memorized before my training, then I took my White Belt training in May 2010 and did it ever send me to a new level of infatuation with the Nia Technique.

I am brimming with excitement to share all of the idiosyncrasies of this amazing work! Although this is so much more than a fitness program, folks keep coming to class because the physical movement is a blast! The deeper work that comes with the movement could never be 'covered' in class, it just transmits! Come and experience with me, I'd be honored.
